Additional Functionality for Guests

New functionality for Guest users has been added. You can now set individual Guests as approvers. As well, individual Guests can now be added to Workflows.

Product Update: New Dashboard Launch

October 24, 2023

We’ve completely redesigned the Dashboard and Account Management interface to provide a better experience that’s more visually aligned with the Review Canvas.

Some of the updates and new features include:

• Batch upload links for when you want to upload an entire website in seconds. 

• Guest management is much simpler, with a Guests tab for deleting and editing your guests. 

• You can rename files after you upload them. 

• Much improved mobile experience. 

• Drag and drop files for upload when editing a Review. 

• Filter and sort files for batch actions.

• And much more.

The Manager Role

July 2023

We’ve added a new role to your User Role options. The "Manager” role is very similar to an Admin but without access to the account-wide settings menus that affect configurations, user management, and billing. For some organizations, this may be an appropriate role to use for project managers.

Report Exports

July 2023

For customers who want to develop their own specialized reporting or tracking applications, we now offer the ability to export the data from any Review or Project into a .csv file. The file will contain detailed information about all files, file versions, approval actions, and comments.

New Feature: Support for Markup and Review of 3D Models

March 8, 2023

ReviewStudio journeys into a new dimension as we release support for annotation and markup of 3D models. Content creators can now upload 3D content for feedback like they would any other 2D content.
